Great experience every time
Upset about my scheduled appt … i sat in lobby for 30 something minutes waiting on whoever was over my appt to come off of lunch after my schedule appt time .. also i had a 2 year old daughter with me an she was just upset about all the drs dentist walking around etc which is expected. The assistant who was x raying me said it wasn’t a problem about certain dental pics that couldn’t be tooken & then sent the dentist director into my patient room and told me i had to leave and reschedule due to the baby making noise … i feel ... read more
As, a new perspective patient looking for a new dental office coming from another state. I was very disappointed in the office manager Monica Lomas. She is very unprofessional, rude, & just all around an unpleasant person. It was very upsetting to see how she treated the office staff in front of a new perspective patient. She talked to the front desk staff in such a disrespectful matter. Her behavior left a bad taste and, had to leave. Didn’t even worry about setting up an appointment. If you want to feel horribly self conscious and never want to go to the dentist again, you should go here! Also so incredibly expensive holy crap I cried when I got my bill of all the things I had to do to my mouth and then I went to another dentist and they said my teeth and gums were fine so I feel like I got scammed like a bad car mechanic. I do not trust dentists forever bc of this place. Bedside manner needs improvement desperately.
they’re really good but super expensive. cavity filling prices are ridiculous if your insurance doesn’t cover them. the prices are scams but hey u need the fillings right soo…
