After a poor experience with a corporate practice, I found Dr. Story who was recommended by several people. He is very thorough with his patients. My experience with him has been excellent, and I credit him with discovering my prostate cancer which had been misdiagnosed by a urologist. I was successfully treated thanks to Dr. Story. He has a great staff, especially the office manager, Beckah, who goes above and beyond to help. I recommend this practice without reservation.

Absolutely great doctor and staff. Dr. Story really cares about his patients and is easy to work with. He listens to what you have to say and is always helpful. Great personality and one of the best doctors I’ve ever been to. He’s been my doctor for five years and I can’t imagine going to another doctor

Dr. Story is awesome, if you can get past his office staff. Nurse forgets to call you back and schedule an appointment. But Dr. Story is wonderful his office staff is just lacking.
We think Dr. Story is a decent Doctor. His staff is a different story. We received a bill that we didn't know what it was for. After calling the office several time in a years time we never received a return call from someone named Becca. The bill was sent to collection and again we called. Again no return call . We finally paid the bill but still receiving bills. This Becca is extremely incompetent and should be fired. Make room for someone who actually wants to work.
I liked Dr. Story very much, I did not care for his office staff though. They didn't seem to all be on the same page when it came to appointments and charges. I received a bill from his office, which I have no issue paying, but I didn't understand what I was being charged for. When I called, I was told Kayla would call me to explain the bill, but never received a phone call back, so a week later I sent an email to the office and now 3 weeks later I still have not heard back from his office.

When arriving to doctors office I had to sign in sheet appointment time in, Arrival time.This was a appointment time today. 06/24/2016 for 11:30 pm, I didn't get called to go to patient room until 12:20pm, Sat in the patient room until 12:45 pm. After waiting a 1 hour 15 minutes I got up and left the patient room to find another doctor. My wife and I noticed 3 other patients arrived after us and went back to patient room? I THOUGHT OUT OF PROFESSIONAL COURTESY THE DESK STAFF WOULD INFORM OF DELA
