Had surgery that -cringe- was intended to address pain in my testicle.Scary idea, but Dr. Ross fixed the problem -very smoothly - and by the time the incision healed the original pain was gone.
Never got to see Dr. Ross after 8 days dealing with his staff. Before leaving Las Vegas where I winter, I had an angioplasty to clear blockage in main artery of my leg. During the procedure the artery burst and I developed a huge hematoma which eventually resolved itself except for the scrotum which remains hard and painful. I had kidney cancer. My treatment by Dr Ross couldn’t have been better. He explained the procedure clearly and provided excellent follow up care.
This man injured me during the biopsy. When I screamed when he hurt me, he went out and started yelling at my wife in the waiting room saying that I was a wimp. Later, he told me I needed to have my prostate removed. I went for a second and third opinion, and was told I had no problem. That was two years ago. Today I am healthy and multiple tests have shown no prostate issue. Yet Dr. Ross was going to remove it. He was great; explained what was going on, helped with an unexpected difficulty, and had a good sense of humor (appropriate).
Dr. Ross was great from my first visit forward. He always took whatever amount of time was necessary to explain procedures, treatment options, insurance, etc. in a way that was easy to understand and very much appreciated. I highly recommend him.
