I been seeing him for years. He is nece and well mannered. Cares about what wrong with you. He’s always been polite to me and helped me out every time I needed it. Iam very happy going here and being treated by people who care. If you can get into see him he will take good care of you. He’s always taken care of me. Highly recommended

If you are currently looking for a doctor please seek elsewhere. Dr Tolek is by far the worst there is. It’s either he’s never in the office due to being on a leave or the lpn is always leaving early so no one in the office can help. Anytime I call it’s always “I can send a message” but my message is never answered. How is it I had an fmla claim opened a whole month ago and this POS doctor can’t simply fill the paperwork out? Dr. Tolek, I was trying to give no star but it’s not possible. I explained my symptoms to Dr.Tolek. I explained what I think I have going on with me, i asked him to run some test to see if I’m correct ( he took 1-3 mins to hear me out), he responded I’m not sure what you want to hear, I’m not sure what you want me to do, I’m not a miracle worker, I am not a google Doctor.
