First, I like Dr. Smedley. She is very nice and explains everything. Her office staff is useless (although this seems to be a trend in most medical offices). They sent me for a scan a few months ago on my kidney - NEVER called with results. I did put off calling back, that's on me, but when I called this morning I was told they have nothing in the system, and maybe if I remembered WHERE I had the scan it would help. YOU sent me!!!
