This is the second time I had to wait 40 minutes past my appointment time so I just canceled again and still didn't see the doctor then the staff changed my app. With out telling me before Hand, really not impressed with the way they treat people.
The rudeness, and the lack of communication between staff! Got in the room, had to wait 45 more minutes, then walked in the rudest person I've met in a long time! She said she was the Dr. That turned into a total joke! Don't include Dr. Rose in this, he a great Dr. and person! I'll die with bad feet before I go back!

I don't know where to begin. Front office staff is extremely rude and demanding of payment. The doctor us just as rude. She tells you to keep your boot on but will tell you something different as she leaves the room. She'll tell you to walk without it a few hours but then will yell and tell you to not take it iff. I always had 2 friends with me when I saw Dr Z and they were appalled at her and the front office behavior. RUN FROM THIS PLACE!!!
