Dr. Ziccardi is my podiatrist and has been for a couple of years. I never had had a problem with her or the staff, just the opposite. They have been great to deal with. I love the that she is through and doesn't just get you in and out. She made sure I understood my options (without big medical words or a condescending tone), which allowed me to make the most informed decisions on how to proceed with treatments. The medical assistant was just as professional as the doctor and they seemed to have a great working relationship.... read more
Fabulous, diagnosed my issue, took time to explain everything, was very caring, I never felt rushed. I never felt like I was a problem when I kept asking questions. Her staff are wonderful, quick to get my appts, very caring. Just had another appointment.... Dr. Ziccardi is wonderful! She is very professional and efficient. Stay clear of this place omg what happened to all the good Doctors this place is like a zoo, please do your research you have been warned ⚠️.
This is the second time I had to wait 40 minutes past my appointment time so I just canceled again and still didn't see the doctor then the staff changed my app. With out telling me before Hand, really not impressed with the way they treat people.
