My husband and I went to him for eye appointments we came back today to pick up our glasses. The lady where the eye glasses are is rude and has no customer service. She told us that my husbands lenses would be free but today she said they are 35.00. I’m ok with paying for my lenses because I have to wear bifocals. It’s not professional to lie to your patients do we will not be returning. I’m tired of being lied to we will be contacting the better business bureau you just lost a patient.

Had gone to Dr Match for many years, but left because of insurance problems. Went to another well known eye doctor but was treated like a number, not personalized treatment. Returned to Dr. Match when he started to accept our insurance.
Dr match fine but right after I got my glasses they cracked waited 2 weeks but they got fixed they cracked again less than month after 1st repair. I might add I only got them in aug. I had 2 deaths in family then wegot covid I was quite I'll for a time but I got gaases in there a few weeks ago told her what happened but because I didnt return them in the time period I knew nothing about I would hv had pay over 100.00 to get fixed was ot fair so I wont be going back
