I've been trying to track this clown of a doctor down for weeks because he hasn't signed a death certificate for a relative of mine. It's supposed to be done within 5 days, but this guy is so talented at being an evasive piece of garbage that I'm going on 4 weeks for this menial task. Good luck getting him to return your calls, or have any kind of a response from him or anyone he's employed by.
Don’t go to this doctor. He charges outrageous amounts of which the insurance won’t cover and the phone number has been disconnected
The worst! RUN!
Do not go to this doctor. If you need to call and have questions about a bill you will get an answering machine. I've called 3 straight days and have yet to get someone to call back. Keep your paid bills to be sure you aren't being billed twice.
Dr Jorgensen has been my doctor for 7 years at TLC Care Center and I have probably seen him a handful of times. When he did see me what he tried to get across to me I'm sure I don't know. Now I'm trying to discharge from the center and I'm having a hard time about it 👎but I will try and keep a stiff upper lip. I probably will get into trouble for writing this 😅 because I haven't been discharged yet. If I do someone please rescue 🙏 me.
