I called to see if I could come in early because I wanted to watch the Cubs playoff game. Was told no. When I got there I was told i could have come in early because people had cancelled. No one called me. I was also hoping to see the dentist because I was having a tooth problem and I find out he is not even their because he went to the Cubs game.
Dr. KOSTRUBALA and his staff is completely perfessional and respectful. Half of my family use their service.
I can’t say enough good things about this dentist! From the moment I walked in, I felt completely at ease. They are incredibly gentle, patient, and take the time to explain everything in a way that’s easy to understand. You can tell they genuinely care about their patients’ comfort and well-being. I’ve never felt rushed or nervous here—just cared for. If you’re looking for a dentist who is kind, helpful, and truly dedicated to their patients, this is the place to go!
