Gardner took over Dr. Thomas Graham's practice and the reason I left after Dr. Graham gave his everything to me and my family as I was VERY young to be diagnosed with MS in 2001. If my father saw how I was treated he wouldn't have stood for a doctor to treat a patient as such scum let alone his daughter. Arrogant to say the least. I cried/ bawled my eyes out for 90 min after meeting w/ post Dr. Graham's retirement. He has A LOT of growth needed. I almost reported his license. He was so disrespectful. Respects my time and always willing to make the effort to explain what he is seeing and recommending. I appreciate the willingness to talk through the details . Very approachable as well. Highly recommend
Dr Gardner probably just saw the youngest, healthiest patient he has in months - could & should have been an exciting “challenge accepted” case for him- but unfortunately he was dismissive, condescending and the opposite of helpful or healing. VERY disappointed. If you don’t want to heal or help patients, find a new career. Or at the very least… Be kind and supportive and suggest an alternate plan of care. Dr. Gardner has always been totally responsive and professional in treating my cluster headaches. I’m not a complainer, nor do I need hand-holding. I just want a doctor who listens, analyzes the problem and provides sound advice and recommendations; and Doctor Gardner has been excellent.
Worst experience. This office does not care about people.
A+ for Dr. Gardner and his entire staff! I went in today for a new patient visit. The entire experience was great! The office staff was so kind and pleasant. I was seen right on time, which was a nice surprise! Dr. Gardner was a great listener and very patient! He did not rush me at all. He was knowledgeable and thorough. Based on my experience today, I would most definitely recommend his practice.
I had an appointment with Dr. Gardner this morning. My experience was nothing like those described in other reviews - I felt he listened to my questions, explained information in detail, showed me my scans and walked me through them so I understood what I was looking at. Overall, very pleased with the care he and his office staff provided.
Doesn’t listen to anything that I said about my symptoms, Blamed me for all my physical complaints. Summary of my visit was completely inaccurate. Was arrogant and condescending. I would not recommend him to anyone.
