I fell and hurt my shoulder. After putting off a diagnosis for several months, I finally made an appointment and a care plan was quickly established. I'm six weeks post surgery and doing very well. The diagnosis was clear, the surgery and post-op was well managed and I can sincerely say that I hope to never see Dr. Green again (because there's no need).
