I would avoid this guy like the plague. After my father's longtime internist retired, he had to find a new Dr in Venice. Unfortunately he ended up with Dr McCullough. I also have a friend who went to him and had a bad experience as well. It is pretty commonly known that his bedside manner is seriously lacking! I am most upset with his treatment of my 96 year old father. Having a medical person in our family we believe he has misadvised my father more than once. I liked Dr. McCullough. He was pleasant and personable. I felt very comfortable talking to him about things that were bothering me, and he was very knowledgeable about my concerns. His assistant, Lisa, was also very nice. ,
I did not fare well under Dr.McCullough's medical care. He tends to overreach his medical capabilities in a cocksure way. Fortunately I dropped him and put myself in the care of an appropriate team of specialists and internist that brought my health back.
