Externally disappointed. This cardiologist was dismissve,arrogant, and unwilling to listen. I spent years trying to convince her to order basic tests, only to be ignored. She refused to consider valid results from outside Canada,wasted valuable time! In the end, I had to pay for my own tests (after getting referral from one else because she refused and ignored these requests for a referral) I moved to another practitioner to protect my health. Patients deserve better care and respect.

Bad service. Dealt with staff more than the actual doctor. Went for a mandatory work related examination for heart and blood pressure after an accident operating heavy duty machinery. Had a 5 minute sit down in her office only to be sent for out for an echo and stress test by other professionals, didnt complete appointment over the phone after testing, spoke for ten minutes but didnt have completed health report, what was missing was my stress test results. Horrible! My Dad got an appointment today Aug 28th . I took a day off to bring him to see Dr Courtney. When we arrived the receptionist told us the Doctor is not in today. I told her nobody notified us to not come today and I showed her an email from them that my Dad's appointment was written August 28th. A waste of travel from Langley to Surrey , paid for parking lot and took a day off
