I had a great visit today. In the reception area, they were professional, kind and caring. The initial process was efficient and knowledgeable. Dr Ray explained all processes throughly. Thank you.
Very professional and thorough.
I had to walk in because I thought I had a contact stuck behind my eyelid. Dr. Ray saw me within 30 minutes, poked around, didn’t find anything, and sent me on my way with some eye drops. He also cautioned me that he wasn’t infalliable and that sometimes contacts that get stuck are hard to find, so I was free to come back if I was still having the problems. I appreciate that Dr. Ray didn’t just dismiss my issue when he didn’t see it right off and that he saw me so quickly without an appointment.
