This office has been extremely unprofessional. My family member spent hours calling regarding an appointment, making multiple attempts throughout the day, and no one ever answered the phone or returned the calls. It is unacceptable for a medical office to be this difficult to reach, especially when patients are trying to receive care. Reliable communication is a basic expectation, and this office has failed to provide it. Absolutely worst doctor on a moral level in my opinion. Her bedside manner is lacking. I would have never chosen to she her or been involved with her or HCA Pearland. My mother was in the ICU while I was out of town and not once did this doctor take the time to call me and tell me the situation. She however billed for 4 visits over 75 minutes each in length.
