My two sons have been seeing Dr. Wilson for about 5 years now & I can't say enough about her warmth & knowledge. Her office staff are helpful. Yes, she has parents wait in waiting area but I've never felt that odd. If too much time has passed I'll go & check on them. Parents are permitted in the back just not recommended. They probably have many reasons for this, one is likely that it is a large office with many patients in the back at once.

In conclusion I rushed my child to the Er and she had to be hospitalized over night .If I would have listened to they and took my child home she would not be here today.

Horrible experience, patient care is awful.. First off all parents should be able to observe their child being serviced. My child had an extraction done it took them 3 hours to remove his tooth. No one ever came out to give us an update. So after waiting for a while took matters into my own hands. I find out his tooth broke while extracting. You would think The dentist would move informed you of this, but no!! Not even the dentist had any explanation. This by far the worse experience.
