I had zero options I was not professional admitted to the emergency room or discharged. I was not asked if I had insurance or emergency contact or when I was discharged I was not asked if I had insurance or was explained the details of the emergency information. . Communication I thought was a priority of the Mercy hospital but I guess that went out the window on second shift and third shift. My hope for this medical professional is that she can continue to grow in a positive manner in her medical profession.
