I am truly grateful to have had such a wonderful oncologist throughout my treatment journey. She was always kind, caring, supportive, and so helpful. Her guidance and reassurance gave me strength during some of the most difficult times. I feel very fortunate to have had her by my side through this journey. She took time to explain everything to me. She answered all my questions. I didn't feel that she was rushing through the appointment. She was very encouraging.
The visit went fine once it happened, but I had a one hour and fifteen minute wait to see Dr. Ackerman for an 8:30 am appointment without anyone telling me there was a delay or providing an explanation while I waited in an exam room.
Dr. Ackerman is an excellent doctor. She is very thorough and very customer friendly. I always feel comfortable with whatever she suggests because I know it’s in my best interest.
My experience was excellent. Dr Ackerman answered all my questions and explained what I needed to know and expect. She was upbeat and encouraging about my progress.
