I have been going to Dr. Steed for over five years, and up until now, the service has been acceptable. However, I received the wrong prescription when I checked out. Amanda, the office manager, told me that people are human and make mistakes, and that I should have confirmed I had the correct prescription before placing my order with Contacts Direct. I have been going here for 2 years now and am just blown away. Anyone who lives in Vegas knows that our medical industry is sub-par with frequent long lines and waits, miscommunication, etc. You will not find any of those issues here. The staff is amazing, helpful and friendly. The office is luxe and clean. Dr. Steed is excellent, has great bedside manner and overall it’s a comfortable and great experience! Thank you for restoring my hope in the future of the medical world in this town.
Dr Steed is excellent. He figured out my “unusual” vision problem with a lot of patience. He is nice. The staff is always nice. Rarely much of a wait. Glasses are always right!! Bryant is my favorite!!
