He is very warm and welcoming the whole staff is. He talks to you about what he's doing ,you decide together what to do .he is affordable he isn't in it for money. He genuinely cares he is a caring loving family man and it shows in his work,he is very good at his job and the whole staff takes care of you. .and he really listens and he doesn't try to just fix anything if possible he fixes what's wrong or finds a solution, he has even gone in on his day off.
