I’m not surprised at these reviews. He was always a selfish Dr . Fits him perfectly that he would flee the area and abandon his patients. Pathetic!
If I could rate 0 stars, I would. I was at the office a week before I received a month old letter about Dr. Jacobs leaving to accept a position out of state. They knew they were closing while I was at the office and could have told me in person and given me my medical records. I am a first time patient (1st baby) and when I call to get my records no one is answering and I am being told they are closed (They closed the office well before their letter said they would close). Very disappointed with the entire outcome from being ignored for 2months and no heads up or advice for moving forward after they finally told me the doctor is moving out of state. I had to call over and over and leave countless amounts of messages. Im 32weeks pregnant now and they could have cared less with no concern for me or my unborn child. After going through my entire pregnancy with this doctor the last thing I would expect is for them to just disregard me as a patient.
I agree with the woman who mentioned that she was in Dr.Jacob's office the week before receiving the letter informing her that the office was closing and that the office to which we were referred for our records didn't know about that. I was a patient for over 5 years, going in every 3-4 months for bioidentical hormone replacement. Suddenly, I had to find a new doctor to be able to continue a treatment that studies have shown should not be interrupted. I don't appreciate being treated in such a cavalier way.
