Ive used TNT for a few years now for all of my plumbing and Rob (owner) has always been great and gets the problem fixed in a very timely manner. Today 7/10/25 I called to get my sink unclogged and a man named Jose answered and was very nice, he showed up within an hour and got my sink unclogged , was very professional and had a great attitude which is very important to me as a business owner myself. Had two young adults come over. Couldn't locate the blockage. Had them come back twice. Suggested we call a plumber. Waste of money.

I had a bit of a panic over a backed up floor drain in my basement and went down a dark rabbit hole online about all of the things that could have caused it, and after seeing TNT recommended on a local web forum, I reached out. Rob was prompt and easy to deal with and he made it out to my house by end of day. He quickly diagnosed the issue and fixed it.
