Hey, so I just wanted to say I really appreciated Rob and his co-worker Cameron coming over to my house today. He earned all 5 stars. I had a badly up clogged pipe that was affecting both of my kitchen sinks. I tried to unclog it myself. Big mistake. The clog ended up being a bigger issue than I had the experience to handle. So I contacted them through my house rental company and they got me in touch with Rob. That ended up being a great decision. He came over with Cameron and set to work immediately. Absolutely awful. 2 young kids didn’t take their shoes off and made a mess of the carpet. I tried reaching out to the owner several times but still no response.
Rob and his Son were fantastic. Very honest, friendly and professional. Rob went out of his way to make an emergency stop at the end of his Friday to help fix our problem. Would recommend them to anyone in the area!
Terrible
They sent two young kids out who don't know what they were doing said my pipe probably broke had to call somebody else they recommended. Call another plumber to tear up the concrete and another plumber came in and snaked it from the outside and it was just clogged so I had to pay two other plumbers because these two young kids didn't know what they were doing and had to rip up my concrete. Never will call them again never will recommend them. Beware
