I had a not so good experience with my previous hemoglobin doctor. I decided to come to Dr. Courtney Jones…After reviewing his google reviews, I made an appointment… My appointment was today, Doctor Courtney Jones was very knowledgeable, informative and overall an amazing person… listened thoroughly and made his recommendations… as a new patient I’m very pleased with his services.. ALL I CAN SAY IS THIS MAN PRETENDS TO CARE !!! It all started in 2023 when I was referred to him by my amazing Surgical oncologist Dr Barnwell … The first encounter was at Sinai grace cancer center I was sitting in the exam room waiting for him I heard him and his conversation with another patient being inappropriate with a young lady his language was very inappropriate. Dr.Jones is an awesome caring, compassionate, very knowledgeable doctor. My family and I really appreciate him and all that he done for me to get my health back together.
I’m so glad I found a different oncologist! Jonesy took forever scheduling mri’s and other exams, even duplicating while I was awaiting to get my port and begin chemo. He was super nonchalant and wasn’t even reading my chart before coming into the room, asking me “did you have,..” and being vague with results like he was intentionally keeping me in suspense. I am a new patient with D. Jones and let me say he is absolutely amazing. The levels him and his staff go through to ensure you are comfortable, respected, and knowledgeable about your condition is awesome. I wish he was my pcp because he just gets it. I highly recommend.
