Aside from his obvious talents as a Neurologist, Dr. Mance revealed how truly special he is as a person. His interactions and impact on me during our interaction was remarkable and life-changing.

Do yourself a favor and DO NOT work with this doctor or this office under any circumstance. I would advise even if he is the neurologist on call if you are admitted to the hospital, refuse and ask for someone else. This has been such a waste of my time the last 6 months and now battling with the office over payments we made and they did no apply to our account. Read the reviews and believe them. I can't believe this office and this doctor is allowed to practice.

A family member was treated in the ICU by Dr Mance. If we had it to do over and knew about his reviews we would have demanded another neurologist at the outset. He called me “Ms. Google” when I brought up the previous diagnosis that he’s been given from other doctors, and kept looking at my boyfriend like “can you believe this girl?” anytime I tried to explain anything. I brought up genuine concerns and tried t... read more

If you're going because the VA referred you, be sure to double-check all your medical records. If you call Nurse Sharon (there are two Sharons, but I’m referring to the nurse. The Sharon upfront is really sweet and a great person), Nurse Sharon, be aware that she may not return your call. Her voicemail says, “DO NOT LEAVE MULTIPLE MESSAGES,” so your only options are to drive there in person or schedule an appointment. Additionally, I’ve found Nurse Sharon to be untrustworthy; she has misrepresented information to Dr. Mance t... read more
