Very knowledgeable
Dr. Maas is easily the best surgeon in SF. Easily. I've had two procedures plus IPL, and he has changed my life for the better. Way better in many ways. I've seen some negative reviews on him, and I must admonish you to NOT believe them . I think they were written by imposters. The negativity they talk about is just not possible or real. Go visit his office yourself for a consult. You will see first hand the professionalism and trust in that office. I've been a patient for ten years.
Dr. Maas was able to show me what my post surgery outcome would look like via a computer program in his office. This really helped to decide on the size and shape. Other doctors I consulted with did not have this technology.
Dr. Maas exceeded my expectations on every level. My lower face lift and upper eye lift have a completely natural appearance. The compliments on my appearance following my procedures - without anyone knowing I had surgery - were innumerable. I was treated with great sensitivity and respect from my first visit through my last post surgical appointment. I vetted Dr. Maas thoroughly and my research work paid off! I cannot recommend Dr. Maas highly enough!
