I was a little nervous about my first chiropractic adjustment, but Dr.Girwood and the team immediately put me at ease. The whole process was so comfortable and informative. Dr. Girdwood walked me through every step and answered all my questions patiently. My initial complaint of my hip,legs and feet has already improved after my first visit, and I'm looking forward to continuing my care here. The staff is fantastic and the environment is very relaxing.

My First apptmt with Dr Girdwood was a referral thru social media👍🏼 I was totally impressed with the Dr’s presentation. He was kind, gentle, compassionate, thorough, knowledgeable w/user friendly explanations, reviewed X-rays, asked ample questions, etc. I left feeling like it was the best $$ I’d spent in forever! He will definitely be in my future network! I have had 3 sessions and my neck is back to normal. Thanks Dr Girdwood! You will be in my active contacts🌴😎

Dr Girdwood and Coastal Chiropractic are the BEST! My family and I are more than impressed with the professionalism and treatment that we received. You are treated like family. Dr Girdwood listens to you and values your input. So grateful that we found this place. Highly recommend!
