At 5 times the price you would expect a little proffessionalism from a company. They took advantage of my mother-in-law and used her gullability to way over charge to the tune of 5x what every other company quoted her and then left her with a dangerous nest of wires hanging outside the unit. They then charged her even more money to have someone come out and make it look "pretty" instead of doing it right. Save yourself a ton of money and get a real professional to do it right the first time!
RecommendedThe complete process was amazing! The install was done in a very professional manner, everyone wore Protective Mask because of COVID-19. I was really comfortable, they also were very conscientious of how close they would get to me and my wife they maintained at least 6’ distance and they always had their mask on. Very courteous Estimators, Mark and Jason and clean, friendly installers Nick and Abdul. Very quick service and very competitive replacement offer.
There was nothing wrong with our furnace. Just wanted a routine cleaning/maintenance check. They showed up on time, communicated effectively, did the work, and explained some details. They will always be getting my business in the future. Very good customer service and from calling around their prices are very competitive.
