So nice. Talks to you like you're a person & truly listens. Very helpful, thorough, & explains everything so well. Really makes you feel comfortable & at ease, & like you've known her for a long time. She's very frank, which I like, & it's clear it's because she truly cares. Some drs are so detached & shuffle you out quickly, but I love that she's not that way at all. When she's with you, she's focused all on you & leaves yiu feeling like she's not only your dr but a caring friend, & you feel well taken care of.
If you want your problems taken seriously, don't go to her. I came to her hoping to find what was causing irregular, extremely heavy, painful periods that made me miss school and pass out. She chose to tell me that I'm just overweight and I need to go on antidepressants. No tests were run despite me telling her I had a family history of hormone disorders. I went to a different provider who figured out what was wrong with me.Turns out I have very low estrogen, endometriosis, ovarian cysts, and severe PMDD. I could've been spa... read more
Went to her for infertility issues. She told me she wouldn't help me until I quit breastfeeding and to "come back when I'm pregnant" 🙄 I go to see a different OBGYN who actually cared enough to run hormone panel and get pelvic sono done. Turns out I may have Endometriosis and am getting a diagnositic excision laproscopy done in two weeks. I do not recommend this doctor. Dr. Cruden is the first OBGYN I've seen that listened and took me seriously. I spent years of my life in pain with doctors telling me "it's just normal parts of being a female." No, it's not. Dr. C AND her staff have my utmost respect and confidence 👏 This review is despite the fact that my insurance screwed up and it ended up postponing my surgery. Her staff went above what ANY doctors office normally does to try to get things corrected asap. The woman is a goddess. Her staff is the best I've encountered. Wish all my docto... read more
