I was giving a referral for my grandfather to see this Urologist Dr. Maitland. The person on the phone smacking in my ear basically told me to go back to the doctor he was already seeing. Which I thought was strange cause are you a receptions or Doctor? Made me feel like I had to tell my grandfather whole health story in order to get an appointment.
