Dr. Rutledge is a great dentist and I’ve always had pleasurable experiences going there. The last time I went there was back in 2023. I had dental insurance at the time and typically everything is always covered. I never heard anything from them after this visit until November 2025!! Claiming that I owe a $50 balance. I responded to them several different times and was not able to get anywhere. They send this statement every single month now since November of 2025. Dr. Shirley did a great job bonding my two front upper teeth. Very happy with him and his staff.
Dr. Rutledge was so kind and friendly it put me at ease. He’s very knowledgeable and he takes the time to get to know you and needs. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
My husband had his first visit and was attended by Dr. Shirley! Friendly Staff, Hygienist. Dr. Shirley was Excellent! My husband is super thrilled to have had such a wonderful experience. And having established with competent team!
Dr. Rutledge is so kind and gentle. He puts you at ease and listens to your concerns. And while he has different cosmetic enhancements available, he doesn't try to sell you anything unless you ask. And I cannot say enough about the staff. I have tried 3 other dentists since moving to Gulf Shores 6 years ago. Nothing wrong with them, I just didn't feel confident. I can tell you now, I have found my dentist!
