Wednesday - September 2, 2026 Patient's Chief complaint: pain in left foot/MRI never taken for left foot. I never agreed to or requested a consultation with a surgeon prior to a medical consultation with the neurologist that ordered the MRI. I don't understand why this was done when I didn't request or need surgery on my back. My back is pain free. The pain level for my back would be zero to three on average.
