Was a patient here for about 13 years. They claimed I got a filling this year, which I don’t recall. I had insurance at the time of the filling but they didn’t bill them. Now 6 months later they’re trying to make me pay out-of-pocket for the filling. Also, I’ve lived at the same address for 10 years and they had some random Bonney Lake address down for me and sent my bills there for 6 months. Dr Beth never let stuff like this happen.
