Dr. Mcnabb is amazing he cares about his patients and doesn't rush you. He makes sure he answers questions as much as possible. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. The selection of glasses is endless! I've been coming here for years!
Dr. McNabb is very good. It's a shame the previous review is written under him instead of the practice since it deals with the staff. For that matter the staff we perfectly pleasant with me. Dr. McNabb took his time to patiently find the exact strength I needed, which is difficult due to my Macular Degeneration and bad floaties. He was friendly and professional. I happily recommend.
Had a 3:20 appointment and showed up 8 mins late and was told that I had a 3:00 appointment and it was cancelled (wife verified it was at 3:20). No effort to try to fit me in for being 8 minutes late. Had to pay for an Uber because I was scheduled to get eyes dilated. Waste of my time and money. No customer service skills at all from the front desk. Do not go here.
