I needed thumb surgery, but I told him I needed to check my schedule as I'm self employed. He ignored the request and told me when I was coming in. During the surgery, my nerve was damaged. This was discussed with his Physicians Assistant, and he said it may or may not heal with not even a "sorry this happened".
