This place used to be good but has gone downhill. When I started going six years ago, everyone was great especially Nurse Rosa who I don’t think works there anymore! A bonus to the service was that you use to get a toy and/or book for your child every time you go. Wait time was at the most 30 mins in a crowded office. Staff use to be so nice but now they are rude and unhelpful. Now wait times for scheduled appointments are ridiculously sometimes an hour/1.5 hr + long with no other kids/parents ahead of you.
