In January 2019, I undertook elective vision corrective laser surgery with a Dr. Con Moshegov at the George Street Eye Centre in Sydney. Within a matter of days, I was suffering from intense pain on both corneas. I have since been diagnosed with neuropathic eye pain as a direct result of the surgery. I didn’t meet this man, but he performed laser eye surgery years ago for my mum with the best outcome and she can see very well with no need for glasses anymore. My sister met him and couldn’t speak more highly of him, and now reading about him can see how well respected and highly sought after he was in his profession and it’s sad to hear of his passing so young. May he Rest in Peace.
