Dr Street is absolutely great as well as his hygienists. I’ve been a patient for several years and never had issues until the last year. I was billed and it was going to an old wrong address and did not figure this out until I was threatened with being sent to collections (via voicemail.) And today it happened again I thought it was awfully strange I had a bill from a routine cleaning when I asked if my insurance was out of network I was told “Dr Street hasn’t accepted insurance for years.” Very odd. I’m sharing this to help others avoid an unexpected situation. During our visit, the services were presented as being processed through insurance, and at no point was it clearly explained that we would be responsible for paying out-of-pocket at the time of the visit. We recently received a bill for over $200, which came as a surprise. After speaking with our insurance, we were told the allowable amount for these services is around $70. I don't know every dentist in town, but I don't need to in order to say Dr. Street is the best. He and his staff have been massive for my teeth and gum health. There's nobody else I would trust with my mother's dental care either. Great dentist's office, even better people.
