I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience here. My girlfriend’s contact lens prescription was done incorrectly the first time, which required her to return the contacts and redo the exam. That alone was frustrating and time-consuming. After repeating the exam, they provided trial contacts again. I want to give 5 stars but I was very disappointed after my last visit. Long story short I got the Ray-Ban Meta Glasses, spent nearly 1000.00 between my prescription and the frames. However when the left arm became a little loose I stopped in to get them tightened. The receptionist / checkout counter woman was very kind but couldn't find a tool to tighten them properly.
