I was really excited to get in with Dr. Honore for my first dermatologist appointment ever. The receptionists are incredibly rude, dismissive, and didn’t seem like they wanted or needed my appointment. They called a few days before to alert me of the appointment and told me to contact my insurance to discuss if there was a copay, etc. that’s understandable and I was happy to do so. I do not recommend this doctor. My experiences over multiple visits have been consistently unprofessional. There is always a long wait, the front desk staff are routinely unpleasant, and any time I had a question about services or medication, there was no reliable way to reach the doctor. I genuinely try to support Black‑owned businesses, but it becomes difficult when the level of service reinforces negative stereotypes instead of challenging them.
