I do not recommend this doctor. My experiences over multiple visits have been consistently unprofessional. There is always a long wait, the front desk staff are routinely unpleasant, and any time I had a question about services or medication, there was no reliable way to reach the doctor. I genuinely try to support Black‑owned businesses, but it becomes difficult when the level of service reinforces negative stereotypes instead of challenging them. Dr. Collette is outstanding! She is very observant, knowledgeable and sympathetic when it comes to her patients. I was made aware of a condition that I had no idea or concern about; however when she entered the examination room she spotted it right away without even having spoken to me. This was my initial appointment with Dr. Ala-Honore. I have referred my sisters to her office as well. Outstanding service! Outstanding
