I was referred to Dr Maxcy by a client. She recommended I get a new MRI before office visit. I was in some serious nerve pain and have been part of the bad back club for over 5 years. She went over my MRI during office visit and had me in outpatient surgery in less than 24 hours. The procedure she performed helped alleviate my nerve pain substantially. I visited for a consult after an auto accident. I have zero complaints about the office. They were friendly and on time. Dr Maxcy explained everything and confirmed I understood. She offered me a choice in my treatment and was completely okay with whichever option I chose. I highly recommend the office.

DO NOT EVER LET THIS DOCTOR IMPLANT A SPINAL STIMULATOR!I'M STILL DEALING WITH THE A FLIPPED OVER BATTERY AFTER OVER A YEAR AND SHE REFUSES TO RESOLVE THIS ISSUE! NO OTHER DOCTORS ARE WILLING TO DO HER MESSY SURGERY OVER, SO I'M STUCK WITH A PAINFUL PIECE OF HARDWARE IN MY BACK!

Gave me several trigger points one after next on my back and moving them around inside. Got a fungal infection. Did not clean needle after each trigger point. Then she thought an epidural would help and said Im going to give you a good burn. Well I got severe headaches and had nausea etc. went to the hospital and the anesthesiologist said I had a csf leak from the shot. She basically went past the dura level and I almost died. I went to Dr Maxcy in 2011 for a work related injury and was very pleased with her care. There were a number of procedures she utilized for me to get better, and put me on three different prescriptions for pain management. On a follow up visit to the office she worked out of I was treated poorly by another Doctor who's care did not meet the standard that I felt I received from Dr. Maxcy.
