We had a trainee in the room which we agreed to but Dr Reisz looked at the growth on my Husband's nose, left the room and the trainee cut the growth off. We never got the results of the biopsy. Very poor service

I visited Dr. Reisz with concern about my perioral dermatitis. She hardly listened to me, and the first thing she said was, 'If you were a few years younger in here with your mom, I would put you on birth control and have you come back in a year to see how things have cleared up.' This absolutely disgusted me, as Dr. Reisz was recommended to me as a natural-minded doctor. Hands down the best dermatologist I have ever met. She always has students following her because she is so good at diagnosis. I think she is exceptionally kind and patient. I refer people to her all the time. I am shocked to see any negative reviews because it is so hard to find someone as good as her.

Dr. Reisz is obviously very smart and well educated, but bedside manner is 0/10. I felt that she had no sympathy or concern for my issues, spoke in extremely technical language that I often didn't fully understand, and she also didn't resolve my health issue. I ended up seeking a second opinion. Even worse, there were multiple occasions where notes from a DIFFERENT PATIENT ended up in my medical records. Have been a patient of hers for 3 years. She is very thorough and has her assistant take important notes. Has taken off lesions she found on my face and found a mole on my foot that felt she needed to biopsy. Don’t mistake professionalism for cuteness. Doesn’t waste your or her time with chit chat.

Great! Went in for my first body scan & she explained everything & answered all my questions. She didn’t recommend removing any surface spots that weren’t pre-cancerous unless I just wanted them removed. I asked about facial treatments & she suggested a couple in detail. I requested to try one, & she did it immediately while I was there! Amazing results! I Highly recommend!

I have gone to Dr. Reisz for approximately 3 years after very disappointing visits with other Dermatologist that were new and always had "left" by the time I scheduled a follow up visit. This left me very unhappy. My General Physician recommended Dr. Reisz but said she was busy and I would have to wait to get in. It was worth it!!! Dr. Reisz listens to me and lets me guide my treatment. I always feel my health and well-being are important to her.

Absolutely no bedside manner. Very curt and unfriendly. Did not explain anything she was doing. Acted like it was an imposition to answer my one question. Left there knowing I would not be returning.

She was rude, abrasive in her general demeanor. Didn't explain anything she was going to do, nor treatment options. She just told me here is what you will do. The area with the skin condition was my chest, and she abruptly ripped the paper gown open. I was shocked. She didn't tell me she was going to do that, or even suggest I turn the gown around. Took a biopsy while I was STANDING and with no warning.
