Hey there! How you doing? I am feeling fabulously blessed. I was recently in to see Dr. Kennedy for a follow-up visit. It is so important to follow-up after Bariatric surgery. Dr. K is always straightforward. She is consistent. Most of all, she cares about you as a human being. She takes the time to find out what's going on in your life. I had Surgery in July 2012. Dr. Kennedy and staff were wonderful to me. I had my weight loss surgery two years ago but had complications from the scaring of the anesthesia. The anesthesiologist shoved the tube roughly down my throat before surgery which caused some major scaring so I had to go to a voice doctor because I lost part of my voice for over 6 months. The voice doctor put me on steroids and other medications for about 6 to 8 months. I spent alot of money and time trying to get my voice back because I am a singer.
