I have been a patient for 15 +/- years, and have always found Dr. Joseph to be top-notch.
Outstanding doctor. Had cataract surgery. Excellent results.
In brief: Dr. Joseph misdiagnosed my eyeglass and contact prescription. She dilated my eyes and then left me in the exam room alone for so long the dilation drops wore off. Her staff is very rude, and have hung up on me. It takes months to get an appointment, and there is always a minimum 30 min wait in the office. Once in the room, it is another 20 mins before the doctor comes in. She passes between 3 patients in 3 rooms simultaneously, turning a 30 min apt in to an hour and a half ordeal. Found this woman to be argumentative, unpleasant & incompetent. Glasses prescription was so off that I had to see another opthalmologist to get it corrected.
