Everyone at this office is so kind and they truly want you to succeed m!! I’ve never had a bad experience or ever felt weird speaking with them. They take their time and answer every question you have. Absolutely love them.
paid for and had an appointment and didn't get my prescription. no one called me about it either. mailbox is full so can't even leave a voicemail and no one ever answers the front desk edit to add: i did finally get my prescription after leaving a comment on Facebook. three days after my appointment (my appointment was on a Friday) . i also had reached out to the nurse via whatsapp and they didn't help. and i had sent an email. communication is lacking but it is a quick and easy process to get on the program.
Only great things to say about him and his awesome staff. Very professional! I love the fact that every visit was done virtual, we live an hour away and this was so convenient for me!
