Dr Ong was extremely thorough and very professional. He went out of his way to explain all the tests in layman’s terms and couldn’t have been more helpful. I highly recommend Dr Ong and his helper Andrew who was terrific too.

Simply the best in the business. Dr Ong is really thorough and cares about his patients. The practice manager, Kevin, greets you with a smile upon arrival and provides brilliant customer service and support. It's no wonder that people travel from far and wide to see the team here!
Dr Ong has absolutely no bed side manner and no communication skills. I was not told what was involved with my surgery and at no time during surgery was I told what was being done. I had to ask how many stitches we’re needed and how deep was the insition The dressing that was applied did not fully cover the wound with stitches protruding. After the stitches were supposedly removed I found one piece had been left. The neck scar is quite noticeable a need for plastic surgery was never suggested.
