This is a review for Lilly and Carolyn who were the first two ladies I spoke with when I was considering and inquiring about Metropolitan Dermatologist in Mahwah NJ. They truly went out of their way and above and beyond in helping me by finding out needed facts before scheduling an appointment. What wonderful people are part of this dermatology office and business. I am so happy to have come here and as well In the future!!!
You are in gr8 Hands w/Dr. Lieber. She studies ur medical history w/laser focus b4 meeting w:you. She knew treatment plan & blood work needed b4 prescribing med that may interact w/pre/existing issues. With her Sense of humor & great staff, I leave w/a laugh & Feel confident that I will feel & Look better.
Booked on zocdoc for 1:45 they changed it to 1:30 day of without notifying me. drove 30 minutes over there and then when I got here they wouldn’t take me because they said I was late! I have multiple email and text confirmations that my appointment was at 1:45! First and last time i will ever come here!
Metropolitan Dermatology made me wait for an hour in the waiting room and then Dr. Lieber only spent about 5 minutes in the room with me. Dr. lieber’s questioning felt very accusatory and had no bedside manner. She would not let me speak or explain my situation or ask me questions about my skincare routine. She simply spent the 5 minutes accusing me of taking care of my skin incorrectly.
