OH yes the adjustments are quick but she is very reluctant and does not adjust the neck(cervical) like other Chiros. She just gently moves your head from one side to the other and says that's Ok, that's Ok without giving it a good snap. You have to tell her over and over again to be more aggressive when adjusting your neck. I do not believe you will ever get a good neck (cervical) adjustment. lunch time chiro dr Arnsdorf is amazing. I was referred to her from a co-worker a year ago and have been making regular visits ever since. The adjustments are quick, I can get in & out of her office on my lunch break, or take my time and enjoy a relaxing massage. dr ARNSDORF is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!
