The service here is absolutely incredible! I needed help in a pinch, and they were happy to assist right away! I couldn’t be more thankful for this spot! Definitely stop in here for any eye needs!!
I scheduled as a new patient. Due to unforeseen circumstances including work and traffic, I called as a courtesy to let them know that I was running 15 minutes late. I was told that they have a unwavering, exact 10 minute late policy and that I would have to reschedule. As a busy professional, I have been waiting for this appointment for several weeks and this is unacceptable. I decided that if this is how patients are treated, I did not want to pursue my treatment with their office.
Always professional, knowledgeable and got my contacts fitted correctly when others had failed. Highly recommend him!
