He has disappeared, had an appt. when I got there a sign on the door said closed. Have left messages, sent emails and no response. Hope Dr. Tingle is ok.
Just went for a 10:15 am appointment today and the office was closed. I had just received confirmation for the appointment via email again last week. When you try to call, the answering service disconnects you no matter which option you choose so no way to get an explanation. Heard he was a great doctor but I don't guess that matters if you can't get an appointment.
I went just now for a 1:00 PM appointment with Dr. Tingle and it appears that the office closed for good! I got appointment reminders over the weekend but when I went on the patient portal this morning the appointment didn't appear. I have sent several messages via the portal and tried calling the office only to get a busy signal with no opportunity to leave a message. And the Magnolia Internal Health website is also down. He's a very great dr he was so nice to me if I don't understand he would try to explain it in a different way
