I love the fact that the people who work there are extremely charitable and understanding. The patience with us can be met in no other place in my view. Nigel the physician who attended me was pretty knowledgeable and very humble in his approach. I liked the fact that, despite the fear I created (in my mind), he quickly put those to rest by explaining that my issue was a common one and not worrisome. I have been needing to see a neurologist or neurosurgeon for several years now.
