The care I received appeared fragmented and lacked a comprehensive, patient-centered perspective. Throughout my interactions, the physician’s demeanor came across as detached and somewhat aloof, with insufficient engagement in my concerns or overall condition. I love, love, LOVE the team!! How we feel and our experience definitely matters and without question, Dr. Baird and his Neurology team fully understand the assignment!! They're extremely polite (front desk, nurse practitioner, physician assistant... EVERYBODY), extremely professional, extremely accommodating, extremely friendly/welcoming, and most importantly they're extremely proficient with whatever they do. Everything they touch, especially Dr. Baird, will be blessed.
